Breath meditation is not an escape and not an attempt to “fix” anything.
It is a return to natural clarity, freedom, and inner balance.

There is no rush here. Start with 5 minutes, then gradually increase to 10 and 15 minutes. Don’t look for strict rules: focus on comfort and your body’s response.

Practice in the morning and evening. Simply breathe and observe.
After a month, look back – you’ll be surprised at how much your inner stillness has changed.
