This meditation combines a breathing practice with the use of Bhramara mudra — a hand gesture traditionally used in Ayurveda and yoga to improve the immune system, respiratory function, and energetic balance.

Bhramara mudra activates the energy channels connected to the nasopharynx and lungs, helps reduce swelling, enhances nasal breathing, and soothes the body’s response to external irritants such as pollen, dust, cold, or dry air.

Additionally, the mudra harmonizes the inner state: it helps lower anxiety levels, relieve the sensation of tightness in the chest, and promotes gentle relaxation.
