  • lift and tone the face through fascia release (fascia is the connective tissue that supports muscles, ligaments, and bones; when it loses elasticity and dries out, it creates tension throughout the body)
  • release tension in the jaw — one of the most common areas where stress accumulates
  • and activate the vagus nerve — a key to stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system for deep calm and inner balance
