This movement gently twists the spine, increases the flexibility of the lower back, stimulates energy flow, and relieves tension in the pelvis and shoulders. It improves coordination, balance, and inner awareness.
Dragon’s Vortex helps open energy channels, get rid of stagnation, and gives a feeling of lightness and fluidity — like a dragon soaring through the air.
